For 32 years, Ken Wilson has served as a pipe sergeant, band manager, secretary, treasurer and trustee of the Thunder Bay Police Pipe Band. With more than 20 000 volunteer hours accrued during that time, he has moved up to the rank of pipe major emeritus.
