Himself a cancer survivor, Colin Wackett is committed to raising both awareness of and funds for prostate cancer research. He formed a local prostate cancer awareness group and brought in doctors and researchers as guest speakers. He is also the co-chair of the organizing committee for the annual Huronia Motorcycle Ride for Dad.
