Sylvia Westgard has been an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion Strathmore Branch for the past 30 years and travels throughout Alberta as the deputy district commander. She is involved with the Ladies’ Auxiliary and the branch’s sports committee, and helps organize the annual Shoot for the Troops darts fundraiser.
