In the true spirit of community involvement, Millie Deschamps quietly and generously helps her neighbours, her community and strangers. She regularly checks on elderly neighbours, boards students who need food and lodging, and gathers clothing and bedding for those in need. When a nearby town suffered a flood, she sent boxes of supplies and food to the victims.
