Leonard Anderson stands out in his community for his generosity and his care in helping people in disadvantaged circumstances regain their love of life and make a positive contribution to their community. Through the Fondation Lambertoise d'implication communautaire (FLIC), which he established, Mr. Anderson helps the most disadvantaged people, single mothers, their children and seniors to meet their needs. He is also a member of the board of governors for Saint-Lambert Hospital and the board of directors of the Club Richelieu de Saint-Lambert, where he is involved in all community-related activities.
