Governor General's Caring Canadian Award
For many years Norbert Derosby has worked to enhance local community resources to deal with mental health issues and has contributed to many organizations such as a mental health halfway house, le Gite, and other groups. He has also contributed to the area as a member of the Multiple Sclerosis Society and has visited patients in hospital for the past twelve years.
