Over three decades ago, Dale Creelman began coordinating a new Community Volunteer Income Tax Program clinic in Sackville. Since then, he has been leading the clinic with great success, recruiting and training new volunteers, as well as volunteering year-round to assist those who miss the income tax deadline.
