Throughout her life, Nicole Cray has taken on various leadership roles within the special needs community. She has served as a junior coach of the Special Olympics Ontario swim team, as a volunteer with the Dance Ability Movement, and as a mentor with The Special Friends Network, helping them with their ME to WE initiatives.
