A pioneer in the agri-food industry in the Moncton region of New Brunswick, she has been a visionary in her research and teaching careers. Co-founder of the school for nutrition and family studies at the University of Moncton, and founder of the centre for food research at the same university, she has worked tirelessly to promote the development of the local food industry.
