An award-winning architect, he is the creative force behind several unique buildings in Regina, including the Norman MacKenzie Art Gallery. He has also been a leader in the scouting movement, and was instrumental in the organization of the first Boy Scout/Girl Guide Food Bank Drive in Saskatchewan as well as the filming of an acclaimed documentary of a Scout canoeing expedition.
