She has led her forest products business to become one of the largest producers of plywood in Canada. Successful in business, she extends her generosity to many artistic, scientific and educational organizations in Edmonton. In particular, her philanthropy has benefited the Citadel Theatre and the Star Theatre at the Space Science Centre.
