From May 2017 to December 2019, Commander Dodu, deputy commander of Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania, demonstrated boundless determination and enthusiasm while supporting Canada’s contribution to NATO enhanced Air Policing. His unwavering commitment to optimize Romanian support through the resolution of procedural and policy issues was instrumental to the greater success of three Air Task Force rotations, and helped ensure the Canadian Armed Forces’ ability to successfully conduct operations in a timely and effective manner, thereby bolstering Canada’s reputation on the international stage.
