Per pale Azure and Gules, on a pale between two swords points in base Argent three ducal coronets per pale Azure and Gules;

Symbolism

The three coronets are taken from the arms of the city of Kingston-upon-Hull in England, the home of Mr. Walker’s parents. The swords indicate that Mr. Walker is an officer in the Canadian Forces. They also symbolize his hobby of collecting swords.

A demi-horse Argent wearing a coronet vallary Azure and resting its sinister hoof on a saltire Argent surmounting a branch of acacia Azure;

Symbolism

The horse symbolizes Mr. Walker’s love of riding. The coronet vallary is often used in connection with policing, and therefore indicates his career with the Winnipeg Police Service. The saltire, or cross of St. Andrew, alludes to Mr. Walker’s involvement with the St. Andrew’s Society of Winnipeg, and the acacia branch is a symbol of the Masonic Lodge of which he is a member, Acacia Lodge #111.
