    On behalf of Governor General Mary Simon, the Right Honourable Richard Wagner, C.P., Deputy of the Governor General and Chief Justice of Canada, joined Canadians at the National Remembrance Day Ceremony, standing together in reflection and gratitude.

    Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General and Commander-in-Chief of Canada, invested 3 Commanders (C.M.M.), 13 Officers (O.M.M.) and 44 Members (M.M.M.) into the Order of Military Merit at a ceremony at Rideau Hall.

    As commander-in-chief of Canada, Governor General Mary Simon delivered the opening remarks at the Women, Peace and Security Conference 2025.
