A Terrifying Tea Party, where spooky met sophisticated, took place on the grounds of Rideau Hall.
During this eerie-yet-elegant Halloween evening, Their Excellencies the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada and Mr. Whit Fraser joined Rideau Hall staff to distribute goodies to trick-or-treaters of all ages.
