Army Run

Her Excellency the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General and Commander-in-Chief of Canada, fully supported the first Canada Army run. Her ‘Commander-in-Chief’s Team’, proudly displaying the vice-regal lion, came from most sections of Rideau Hall. Some were participating in their first race ever. The team all-heartedly supported Lt Simon Mailloux who, injured in Afghanistan and now Aide-de-Camp, ran the 5K. The team was energized by this outstanding event.
