I am a proud Inuk, born in Nunavik, Quebec, in Canada’s Arctic. There are approximately 15 000 Inuit living in 15 communities across Nunavik.

Today, on, International Inuit Day, it’s only fitting that we honour a remarkable Inuk artist, Annie Pootoogook.
