Working Visit to Canada by The Earl and Countess of Wessex - Day 1
During the event, Their Excellencies and Their Royal Highnesses witnessed the ceremonial signing of the new Canadian Register of the Royal Victorian Order and Medal by Mr. Graham Glockling, LVO, who was invested into the Order in 1978.
