Launch of a Russian Soyuz Vehicle at the Canadian Space Agency
On launch day, Eddy, Eduzone’s mascot, journeyed into space with Mr. Hadfield en route to the International Space Station. During space missions, astronauts can bring with them a certain number of objects from various organizations. As a symbol of education and learning—a theme that is dear to both the Governor General and Mr. Hadfield—Eddy is the perfect candidate to accompany Mr. Hadfield on this important mission.
