40th Anniversary of the Canada Council Art Bank
The Governor General attended the opening of the exhibition Spotlight on 40 Years: Artwork from the Canada Council Art Bank. The event was held at the Canada Council Art Bank, in Ottawa. Ms. Victoria Henry offered a guided tour of the Exhibition to His Excellency.

Mr.Simon Brault, vice-president of the Canada Council for the Arts delivered remarks on the occasion of the opening of the exhibition celebrating the 40 years of the Canada Council Art Bank. The exhibition includes 40 seminal art works from the collection, one representing each year from 1972 to 2012.
