Some of the items on display during this exhibition include the New Born Pride sculpture by Saskatchewan artist Lloyd Pinay; a game table (1820–1830) by Thomas Nisbet, a famous cabinetmaker from New Brunswick; a Hepplewhite-style settee dating from the 1900s; the painting Composition by Quebec artist Jean-Paul Riopelle (1950) and the MacKay-Keefer Legacy Cup (1830–1831).

The new exhibition called the National Capital Commission Official Residences Crown Collection, highlights and explains the origins, role and significance of the Crown Collection, which is the result of nearly 150 years of collecting furniture and art to furnish and embellish official residences.
