Mr. Bernard Lord was the MC of the event celebrating a new collaborative project on the impacts of climate change on Canada by the National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy and the Royal Canadian Geographical Society.

Ms. Gisele Jacob, President of The Royal Canadian Geographical Society, also addressed the guests. Ms. Jacob is the first female president of the organisation which is celebrating it's 75th anniversary this year.
