YMCA Fellowship of Honour Ceremony
Her Excellency the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General of Canada, speaks duiring the YMCA Fellowhip of Honour Ceremony at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa. The Fellowship of Honour recognizes outstanding service of the highest degree and significant impact on the YMCA movement. Established in 1978, the award recognizes the lifetime contribution of strong leadership and community capacity building by the women and men, volunteers and staff, of the YMCA. Through their commitment, energy and passion they have demonstrated how Canadians continue to work together to strengthen lives and communities.
