Their Excellencies received a warm welcome by the people of San Juan La Laguna upon their arrival at a coffee cooperative, with signs with words of welcome.

In San Juan La Laguna, Their Excellencies met with Canadian and Guatemalan workers who are committed to improving living conditions and income generation in the Department of Sololá, one of Guatemala’s poorest Indigenous regions. They also recognized the incredible humanitarian work being accomplished by CIDA.
