The Canadian delegate Carlos Ferrand was among the panelists. Born in Lima, Peru, Mr. Ferrand now lives with his family in Montréal, Quebec. A graduate of the Institut national d’études cinématographiques (INSAS) in Brussels, he has worked as a director, screenwriter and cinematographer since 1970.
