Reception in honour of the African Heads of delegation

Her Excellency the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General of Canada, delivered a speech as she welcomed over 20 African Heads of delegation at the Residence of the Governor General at the Citadelle of Québec. The event took place during the Francophonie Summit, on October 19, 2008.

The President of Burkina Faso His Excellency Blaise Compaoré also delivered a speech on this special occasion.
