20th Anniversary of the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse

Her Excellency the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General of Canada, delivered a speech during a reception to mark the 20th anniversary of the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse (CCSA), which was established by an Act of Parliament in 1988. Her Excellency is the CCSA’s honorary patron.
