Since 2006, Philippe Carignan has helped improve the quality of life of his fellow Canadian Armed Forces members and veterans in his region. Through his involvement in his local Royal Canadian Legion branch, he has shared his knowledge and skills by training other service officers to ensure that clients have access to the services they need to function in society.
