For two decades, Herb Pangborn has been involved with the Kingston Police Community Volunteers, providing direct support to the city's uniformed officers. He has served in various capacities with Scouts Canada, and has volunteered transportation services to the Operation Red Nose program and to cancer patients attending treatment centres.
