As a volunteer with the Ontario Provincial Women’s Softball Association since 2003 and president since 2009, Debbie Malisani has tirelessly overseen women’s softball in Ontario and increased the number of affiliated teams. A tee-ball and softball coach since the 1980s, she has ensured access to competitive leagues for a generation of women.
