In addition to her involvement in other charitable groups, Lola Merenda is treasurer of the Richmond Food Bank Society, where she has volunteered for the past six years. Besides handling the finances, she guides volunteers, helps package food items and assists with the client intake, many of whom she knows on a personal basis.
