A volunteer with the Royal Canadian Legion for over 30 years, Frances Robertson has contributed to the Kelowna and Calgary branches by recruiting and initiating new members and taking part in the Finance and Operations Committee and the Poppy Fund. As seniors chairman, she organized a monthly veteran luncheon and started a foot clinic.
