From 1998 to 2007, Christian Beauchamp was involved with the Canadian Cadet Program as a civilian instructor, then later with the Canadian Armed Forces as an officer of the Cadet Instructors Cadre. For over 10 years, he also volunteered as an assistant coach and team manager with minor hockey teams in the Laval area.
