Brenda Daigle has volunteered on several boards including those of the Miramichi Emergency Centre for Women - Transition House, Post-Secondary International Working Group, and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #3 over the past 20 years. In 2008, she started Operation Christmas Shoe Box Campaign, which sends Christmas gifts to soldiers posted abroad; about 300 boxes were sent within the first year.
