Nivaal Rehman and her twin sister Maryam organized and led an initiative to raise money for the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital in Pakistan during a visit to that country as part of the Me2We club. During this trip Nivaal's passion for politics and social change allowed her to meet her role model, Imran Khan, a well-known philanthropist.
