A volunteer with the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program for the past 10 years, Jean Marie Fortin prepares income tax and benefit returns for individuals with a modest income. His efforts have helped them to benefit from the deductions and credits to which they are entitled. He offers his services year-round and divides his time among several organizations, including the Société de Saint-Vincent de Paul de Québec, the Maison de Lauberivière and the Centre de santé et de services sociaux de la Vieille-Capitale.
