Pierre-Paul Côté has been volunteering in his community since 1965, first within his church, then as choir director for 45 years, and finally as chair of the parish corporation, a task bestowed upon him by the parishioners in 2013. Under his leadership, the corporation cleared a $27,000 debt and raised approximately $25,000 through recruitment and training activities, funding and fundraising efforts.
