Governor General's Caring Canadian Award

Walter and Sharon Petheram serve as President and Director of the Norfolk County Agricultural Society; Sharon is president and treasurer of the Homecrafts Division and they both run the Agriculture Awareness Program at the Norfolk County Fair. They are spokespersons in the Norfolk County Federation of Agriculture Awareness Grade 4 Program and are involved in the local 4H Club, where Mr. Petheram has been a 4H leader for 25 years and Mrs. Petheram is currently preparing a history of 4H work in Norfolk County.
