Governor General's Caring Canadian Award

For the past fifteen years, André Martin has been a very generous contributor to the community life of Saint-Philippe. He provides a welcome and willing presence wherever help is needed, both among young people and senior citizens. He participates by contributing his time or by providing transportation. As well, Mr. Martin works at bingos, functions for seniors, Canada Day festivities, bazaars, brunches and wherever a helping hand is needed.
