With unbridled enthusiasm, Simone Côté has been helping senior citizens in the parish of St-Alphonse as well as underprivileged residents in her village for more than 20 years. A model volunteer for the Centre Communautaire Bénévole Matawinie, Ms. Côté looks after transportation needs and medical escort services. A woman of boundless energy, she does not hesitate to drive residents herself, when necessary. Whether she is offering some comforting words or participating in a helpful activity, Ms. Côté's dynamic personality and joy for life touch everyone she meets.
