Luc Racine joined the PalliAmi Foundation in 1992. In addition to his weekly volunteering, he has set up a video library for patients and their loved ones. He also looks after cataloguing, loans and returns of material from the Foundation specialized library. He has also served as the secretary for meetings of the PalliAmi Foundation board.
