From Scouts Canada to RCMP Veterans, Mr. Goodrich has contributed to the well-being of young and old in his community. In the 1960s, he became involved in the Scouting movement as a leader and, for more than a decade, helped many youngsters achieve their best. Over the past sixteen years, he has devoted considerable time and effort with the local division of the RCMP Veterans' Association, visiting members who are ill or confined to home or hospital, and helping with funeral arrangements for deceased members.
