Governor General's Caring Canadian Award
Lise Rozon is actively involved in a myriad of causes and projects in her community. She has held every position in the local branch of the Canadian Cancer Society, is a frequent visitor at the Algonquin Nursing Home, is well known as a palliative care provider, volunteers at the local school and is a member of a choir that sings at functions and funerals. In addition, she is active in the Mattawa Food Bank and Clothes Closet for the needy, the Golden Age Club, Meals on Wheels, the local hospital and her church.
