Anne Peace has been active in school and church while raising a family in Québec. After John Peace's retirement, they both decided to get involved in volunteer work through a food bank as part of a church group in Greenfield Park, Qu'bec, and also to contribute their time to a group which prepared meals for the homeless. They have recently relocated to Brockville, Ontario, where they plan to continue contributing to the community.
