For more than 25 years, Randy Fisher has served his community through various roles including honorary aide-de-camp to the lieutenant governors of Alberta and British Columbia, and officer commanding the Old 78th Fraser Highlanders Historical Trust. With his leadership and determination, he has helped honour Canadians and preserve military traditions.
