    Since 2004, Wayne H. Moug has been serving as pipe major with the RCMP Pipes, Drums and Highland Dancers. He has also volunteered with the Black Watch Association, and the Dartmouth and District Pipes and Drums, promoting Scottish culture and music across Nova Scotia and inspiring audiences of all ages.
