For 46 years, Jacques Patenaude has contributed to the development of young people in his community by teaching them such things as leadership and civic-mindedness, survival techniques in hostile environments through outdoor and forest exercises, music and first aid, all thanks to his involvement with 643 St-Hubert Squadron.
