As founder of Challenge League Sports, Theresa Grabowski has been giving people with special needs the chance to participate in team sports since 1994. Under her leadership and direction, the organization has grown from a single summer baseball team, to a year-round initiative that coordinates baseball, soccer and basketball teams for a wide range of athletes aged 10 to 65.
