Since joining the Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization in 2009, Richard Tobin has helped numerous internationally trained newcomers to Canada find jobs in their fields. As a career mentor he meets with people on a weekly basis to help them update their resumes and prepare for interviews, and offers networking and job search tips to help them succeed.
