For more than three decades, Jeffrey Smith has volunteered with Scouts Canada in positions at the national, regional and local levels. He increased community awareness, expanded membership and led local scouting excursions and camps, and, as chair of the national program services committee, facilitated the launch of an online registration system for the organization.
